Behaviour Consultant / Supervisor (ABA)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate ABA Supervisor / Behaviour Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality ABA services to clients, supervising therapy teams, and ensuring effective implementation of behavior intervention plans. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical reasoning skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor therapists while maintaining excellent relationships with families and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis in supervising therapy services and clinical programming.
• Supervise and mentor ABA therapists, providing regular evaluations, feedback, and guidance.
• Conduct initial assessments, parent interviews, and data-driven behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver and oversee 1:1 and group ABA sessions as needed.
• Monitor program implementation, update treatment plans, and ensure timely progress reports.
• Provide verbal and written feedback to parents and caregivers per departmental guidelines.
• Guide the team through the probing process, behavior difficulties, and program adjustments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., OT, ST) to support integrated care.
• Lead and contribute to ABA team trainings, meetings, and clinical workshops.
• Support material development and ensure therapy environments are organized and resourced.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or (Qualified Applied Behavior Analyst)certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as therapist, with 2 to 3 years in a supervisory/consultant role.
• In-depth knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff and work collaboratively with families and professionals.
