⭐ Beauty Tele-Sales Executive | 5-Day Work Week | Fresh Grads ⭐

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote skincare products, treatments, and services
• Product Promotion: Clearly explain the benefits of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions
• Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants
• Sales Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls, handle customer enquiries, and encourage repeat purchases
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management

Job Requirements:

• Telemarketing / Sales Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred; beauty or skincare industry experience is an advantage
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Strong Persuasion & Negotiation Skills: Confident in pitching products and closing sales
• Good Time Management: Able to handle a high volume of calls efficiently while completing follow-up tasks
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Attentive to customer needs and able to recommend suitable solutions

Eligibility Requirement:

• Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), and LTVP holders with valid work rights only

Work Details:

• Location: 111 Somerset Road, #06-06 TripleOne Somerset, Singapore 238164
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
