Responsibilities & Duties:

• Identify chances to sell by understanding customer needs and suggesting the right products and services.
• Work to hit your sales targets using sales techniques and upselling.
• Handle client requests and solve problems fast to keep them happy.
• Manage sales systems, payment machines, and daily store tasks, including opening and closing.
• Develop strong connections with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Check in with clients after their visits to ensure satisfaction and find new sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Ensure that product displays are well-stocked and attractively arranged.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product and treatments range, including the benefits and features of each item and treatment.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
