Job Summary

As a Beauty Centre Manager at Inara, you will lead client consultations and deliver facial, waxing, and laser hair removal treatments while maintaining a clean studio environment and supporting administrative and training activities to ensure excellent client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate beauty treatments
• Perform facial treatments following established protocols to enhance client skin health
• Deliver waxing and laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the studio to ensure a hygienic environment
• Address client enquiries promptly to provide accurate information and support
• Support basic administrative tasks to assist daily salon operations
• Participate in and conduct training sessions to improve team skills and service quality
• Promote and sell beauty products to clients to enhance their treatment results
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high client satisfaction and smooth salon operations
• Apply nail skills to support additional client services (considered a bonus skill)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in beauty treatments or salon management
• Positive attitude and ability to create a welcoming client environment
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn and take initiative
• Confidence in engaging with clients and enhancing their overall experience
• Minimum of Secondary school education or equivalent
