Role Overview

As a Beauty & Wellness Consultant, you are the bridge between client needs and customised treatment solutions.
This role focuses on ethical sales, education, and relationship building, not pressure selling.

You will conduct in-depth consultations, recommend suitable programmes, and support clients throughout their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

• Conduct professional skin & body consultations (training provided)

• Understand client concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals

• Recommend personalised treatment programmes aligned with client needs

• Close sales ethically through education, not pressure

• Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and re-booking

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term client trust and retention

• Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans

• Proactively follow up on client progress and satisfaction

• Support membership and package renewals

Brand & Service Standards

• Uphold VII SKINN’s premium service and no-hard-sell culture

• Work closely with therapists to ensure treatment consistency

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment

• Support outlet targets and team KPIs

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or service-based sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven but client-centric and ethical

• Comfortable with consultation-based selling

• Basic understanding of skincare, body treatments, or wellness concepts is a plus
