BEAUTICIAN (TRAINEE)

Job Summary

Basic beautician duties focused on customer service & basic store management, with training provided for threading, waxing & other beautician skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform threading & waxing services with basic proficiency or complete training if inexperienced to ensure quality beauty treatments
• Communicate politely & engage customers to deliver excellent customer service & enhance client satisfaction
• Apply additional beautician skills such as facials after training or based on prior experience to expand service offerings
• Manage store operations & services to ensure smooth daily functioning & efficient business flow
• Maintain a positive attitude & demonstrate commitment to quality service to foster a welcoming environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support business goals & promote teamwork

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic experience in threading & waxing or willingness to undergo training to develop core beautician skills
• Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Tamil, Hindi, or a third language is advantageous but not required for customer interaction

Other Information

• Work schedule: 6 day work week with Sundays off
