BEAUTICIAN - STORE HEAD, FULL OPERATIONS

Job Summary

Lead store operations & deliver exceptional customer service as a Beautician - Store Director. Manage daily activities, meet monthly sales targets & apply advanced beautician skills including threading & waxing to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform threading & waxing services accurately to meet client expectations & safety standards
• Apply advanced beautician techniques such as facials to improve client skin health & satisfaction
• Deliver customer-centric service to build client loyalty & enhance store reputation
• Manage store operations efficiently to ensure smooth daily functioning & compliance with company policies
• Lead the team with a positive attitude & commitment to achieve monthly sales KPIs & targets
• Schedule & manage staff shifts, including working weekends & public holidays, with one weekday off

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Tamil or Hindi is an advantage but not mandatory

• Work schedule includes weekends PLUS public holidays with one weekday off
• Must meet monthly sales KPIs & sales targets
