Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments and skincare services to improve clients’ skin health and appearance
• Recommend suitable treatments and products tailored to clients’ individual skincare needs to enhance satisfaction and results
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing attentive service and follow-up to encourage repeat visits
• Assist with daily outlet operations to support smooth business functioning and customer experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hold relevant certification or have prior experience in skincare or beauty services
• Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients
• Present a well-groomed and professional appearance suitable for a retail environment
• Be available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
