Job Summary

Deliver professional beauty and nail care services while managing retail customer interactions and maintaining organized stock and work areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyebrow trimming, facials, makeup, and other beauty services to meet customer needs
• Deliver manicure, pedicure, nail SPA, and treatment services ensuring customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer enquiries effectively to support retail operations
• Greet walk-in customers, assess their needs, and provide appropriate assistance
• Conduct stock takes, pack stock, and organize inventory to maintain efficient stock management
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned work areas as directed by the manager
• Communicate clearly with customers in English or Mandarin to enhance service delivery
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to converse in English or Mandarin
• Possess at least primary/secondary school/’N’ or ‘O’ level, professional Certificate/Nitec in any field
