Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, eye embroidery, waxing, and threading to meet client needs
• Conduct consultations to assess client preferences and recommend suitable skincare and beauty products
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow and service delivery
• Maintain accurate and updated client records including contact details and treatment history
• Cross-sell therapies and beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Uphold salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Monitor and track stock levels to maintain adequate inventory for treatments and sales
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven work experience as a beautician or in a similar role
• Familiarity with skin care therapies such as moisturizing, exfoliation, and peeling
• Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty treatments
• Ability to provide personalized services tailored to each client’s requirements
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
