Job scope :

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks.
• Assess customers’ preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to standard recipes.
• Prepare cocktails, process payments, clean glassware and bar tools, and reconcile cash receipts.
• Assist in planning and presenting the bar menu.
• Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies.
• Keep the bar organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
• Maintain a guest-focused approach to deliver an excellent customer experience.
