We are looking for an experienced and passionate Specialty Coffee Experience Lead (Barista) to deliver exceptional coffee and service in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. If you take pride in craftsmanship, customer interaction, and creating memorable moments through coffee, this role is for you.

✨ What You’ll Do

Create a warm and engaging experience by welcoming customers, explaining menu items, and recommending beverages and food.
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks using proper brewing techniques.
Prepare simple food items such as sandwiches and baked goods with consistency and care.
Educate customers on coffee blends, brewing methods, and product differences.
Handle orders and payments accurately.
Package food and beverages neatly for takeaway and dine-in customers.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar, equipment, and utensils.
Update signage and visual displays to attract and engage customers.
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment of items behind the counter and in display cases.
Continuously learn and improve beverage preparation, food presentation, and service quality.
Work closely with a fun, efficient, and high-energy team during peak hours.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a café or specialty coffee environment.
Background in food & beverage or customer service is preferred.
Strong passion for coffee, quality, and service excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
Physically able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
