We are looking for someone who is

• Hospitality-focused
• Warm and has a welcoming approach
• Passionate about coffee and craft beverages
• Skilled in latte art and drink presentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with Members
• Proactive, with strong coordination skills
• Knowledgeable about food, beverages, and service etiquette
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
• Create visually appealing drinks, including latte art
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Provide friendly, personalized service to members
• Handle cash register and POS operations accurately
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
