• Manage the Waivers, Transfer of Balances & ATM Issuing disputes:

• ATM Discrepancy QFB/Cirrus/Visa plus Dispute Resolution within T+10 days.

• Waivers Processing with turnaround time of T+2 days

• Processing of GIRO within 4 weeks SLA.

• Issuance of Cashier’s Order/Transfer of Balances/Commission/BIB within T+2 days

• Timely submission of monthly reports (Waivers/Chargeback Recovery)

• Review Suspense a/cs – to track & clear long outstanding items

• Back up MC Chargeback
