What You’ll Be Doing
Understand clients’ needs and recommend tailor-made gifting solutions to match their branding and marketing objectives.
Manage and grow relationships with both existing clients and new corporate accounts.
Expand the pipeline by reaching out to cold leads and new prospects.
Conduct client discussions via phone, Zoom, and face-to-face meetings, including site visits when necessary.
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and coordinate sales orders to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain strong client satisfaction through proactive updates, responsiveness, and service recovery.
Consistently follow up to improve conversion rates and build long-term partnerships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by management
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in sales or account management (B2B is a strong advantage).
Experience in corporate gifts / wholesale / Events or related industries is preferred.
Able to build trust quickly, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bilingual to support communication with clients.
Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working independently.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic sales reporting.
