Automation & System Testing Engineer - Permanent Position

Automation & System Testing Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies to validate complex software and integrated systems. The role spans automation, system, integration, and end-to-end testing, ensuring that all components function cohesively, meet business and technical requirements, and adhere to quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in automation testing, system testing, and integration testing

• Strong experience with automation tools (Selenium, Karate, Postman, etc.) and scripting/programming (Java, Python, JavaScript)

• Hands-on experience in API testing, CI/CD (Jenkins/Git), and version control

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and test strategies

• Experience in requirements analysis, test planning, RTM, and defect management

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Linux/Unix environments, basic command-line operations, and troubleshooting

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or microservices architectures

• Knowledge of networking, interfaces, and system data flows

• Experience in regulated or mission-critical systems

• Ability to coordinate with global or cross-functional teams
