Audit Partner

KLP LLP is a Chartered Accounting firm in Singapore specializing in audit, accounting, corporate secretarial and tax. We are a small-to-medium practice founded on integrity and a steadfast commitment to quality. We also have a passion for technology and innovation in the area of audit.

We are looking for a proficient audit leader who has strong professional standards to join our team as a signing Audit Partner. The Audit Partner will take overall responsibility for audit and assurance engagements, adding in technical expertise, mentorship, and strategic leadership to our Firm. You would work closely with fellow partners and audit team members in a fast-paced environment that is dedicated to maintaining full compliance with statutory regulations and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and sign off statutory audits and assurance engagements across multiple industries
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore Standards on Auditing and ACRA regulations
• Manage and grow a portfolio of audit clients, delivering high quality service
• Drive business development initiatives and contribute to firm wide growth
• Represent the firm at professional and industry events
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing audit team through coaching, performance reviews, and recruitment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CA (Singapore) registered as a Public Accountant with ACRA with a valid Practicing Certificate (or fully eligible)

• Proven leadership experience at Partner or Director level

• Strong technical expertise in audit, financial reporting, and regulatory standards

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• Proven leadership, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
