Associate/VP Loans, Corporate Banking (Bilateral/Syndicated) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Originates, structures and executes syndicated loan transactions
• Collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with Platform on Agency function
• Coordinate booking of loans and fees income/expenses
• Creating of facility in respective systems
• Creating of loan management tool
• Liaise with Treasury for new rate fixing
• Operational aspects of Syndication Loans
• Verifying loan positions and loan processing, including drawdowns, renewals, interest and fee claims and secondary loan closing settlement.

Job Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in bilatered/syndicated loans
