Assistant / Senior Manager, Healthcare Strategies #HYN

Job Summary:

• You will support the department in the strategic development of initiatives and programmes.
• You will be assisting in tracking and reporting performance metrics, developing annual department workplans, and supporting strategies to strengthen collaboration for research and education initiatives.
• You will also work with the Assistant Director to organise strategic platforms, including international advisory council meetings and senior leaders' forums, to facilitate robust and effective conversations that advance AM.
• Additional duties include secretariat responsibilities at senior management meetings and reviewing and documenting processes to enhance effectiveness and business continuity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Background in healthcare, education or research sectors or strategic/corporate planning is advantageous
• Good understanding of performance measurement tools (e.g. Balanced Scorecard)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Power BI
