Job Description

Japanese fine dine-in restaurant that has been operating for 33 years, located in central, Somerset.

Food preparation during the day and food service when the restaurant is open at 6pm.

Staff dinner is provided.

Monday: Off

Sunday: Off - Except the first Sunday of the month

We are looking for someone who can work as a TEAM and communicate effectively with others.

- Who are PASSIONATE in learning the Japanese culture/food

It is a busy restaurant so every effort is needed on hand!
Customer Service.
Ordering food and beverages.
Understanding the items being served at the restaurant and to be able to recommend to them.
Managing bookings.
