We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to oversee product costing, inventory control, and stock accuracy across retail stores, warehouses, and sales channels. This role involves team supervision, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring margin and stock integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate product costing and monitor gross margins.

• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movements, and aged/slow-moving items.

• Lead cycle counts, audits, and variance investigations.

• Prepare reports for management and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Supervise and mentor junior costing & inventory staff.

• Collaborate with Retail Ops, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Min 4 years in retail costing & inventory management; multi-store experience preferred.

• Proficient in SAP/LS Retail and advanced Excel.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
