Job Description
As an Assistant Building Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
· Oversee and manage Facility Management Services at building(s) that he is assigned to
· Manage term contractors/ specialist contractors to ensure smooth operation of buildings
· Manage relation to client/authorities/ tenants
· Provide client / authorities / tenants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns
· Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions
· Budgeting and managing expenses
· Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
· Possess a Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
