APAC eDiscovery Service Specialist

Your role :

We are looking for an eDiscovery Service Specialist to join our eDiscovery team in Singapore. In this role, you will:

• support the execution of eDiscovery requests across APAC, including litigation, regulatory and internal investigations

• coordinate data preservation, collection, processing and review workflows, in accordance with UBS policies and legal requirements

• liaise with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, IT and HR) and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data

• maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all eDiscovery activities

• assist in the onboarding and training of new team members and stakeholders on eDiscovery tools and processes

• contribute to the development and refinement of global and regional eDiscovery procedures, including automation and service optimization initiatives

• participate in service portfolio meetings and support metrics reporting and service reviews

Your team :

You will be part of the eDiscovery team within GCRG Compliance & Investigations. The team is responsible for managing eDiscovery requests across the region and works closely with global counterparts to ensure consistent service delivery. You will report to the Regional Head of eDiscovery APAC and collaborate with colleagues across Compliance, Legal, IT and HR.

Your expertise :

You have:

• experience in compliance, risk, investigations, legal operations, or technology, ideally within a financial institution, law firm, or eDiscovery consulting firm.

• ability to learn and understand data privacy regulations, cross-border data transfer considerations, and regulatory framework relevant to APAC jurisdictions.

• strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows and maintain high standards of accuracy.

• excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
