M&E Senior Engineer, Project Management #ESY

·        Execute the projectmanagement duties and ensure all key milestones are met within the schedule.

·        Generate the master projectschedule and monitor project executions milestones.

·        Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to carry out the implementation works of theproject.

·        Monitor respectivefunctions responsibilities and ensure project milestones are on track

·        Coordinate and Lead theFactory Acceptance Test with customers and distributors.

·        Ensure all documentationsare agreed and endorsed for delivery.

·        Schedule and coordinatethe on-site testing and ensured smooth transition to the aftermarket team.

·        To provide the firstlevel technical support during project execution.

·        Work with engineeringteam on project feasibility studies and assist Industrial Solution team to generateproject cost estimation in term of project management activities.

·        Submit a monthly reporton the project status to highlight key issue or concern relating to the projectdelivery and milestones.

·        Provide engineeringsupport on 3rd party product and drawings for submittals purpose.

·        Participate in continuous improvement project.

·        Work with interplant associates on deliveries,factory tests and project documentation.

·        Work closely with scheduler, customer service teamand the production team, update projects status in weekly project meeting.

·        Attend weekly site meeting with the main con and consultant if required.

·        Manage site installations work and ensurecompletion within stipulated timeline.

·        Coordinate and work with sub-contractors on site installations work, drawings, and materials submittals.  

Qualifications/ Requirements

·        Degreein Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience;or

·        Diplomain Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
