Salary: Up to $3,180/monthly

Sign-On Bonus: 1 Month Salary (T&Cs apply)

Working Days/Hours: 5-day work week, rotational shifts

About the Role:

We are seeking a warm, confident, and well-presented Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations, phone enquiries, and guest requests
• Welcome and greet guests warmly
• Seat guests according to rotation plans
• Personalize guest service using guest names where known
• Communicate guest details to service staff
• Maintain guest profiles and history
• Manage guest feedback and relay to management
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of F&B experience (fresh hospitality graduates accepted)
• Clear communication abilities
• Comfortable working shifts, public holidays, and in smoking areas
• Comfortable handling non-halal items/alcohol
