🕒Retail Hours(Including Weekends & PH) + Night Shifts

✨What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve operational excellence
• Coordinate front & back-of-house operations when required
• Drive promotional and marketing activities in-store
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and SOP standards
• Manage inventory, supplies, and forecast operational needs
• Plan manpower schedules and oversee staff deployment
• Conduct staff training, onboarding, and performance appraisals
• Monitor financial performance, payroll, and reporting
• Maintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness
