F&B Kiosk Supervisor (Orchard)

A Muslim friend Italian cuisine food stall @313 Orchard Food Republic is looking for a Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Interact and take customers' order via the POS system.
• Process customers' payment accurately.
• Set up food stations according to standard operating procedures to maintain quality and hygiene.
• Clean and wash the utensils and work area to maintain safe and sanitary environment.
• Pack and store food items properly at the end of each shift to preserve freshness.
• Lift and handle half cheese wheels safely at the start and end of shifts.
• Support and assist the manager for the smooth daily operation.
• Support and assist the manager for staff scheduling and tracking attendance to maintain the adequate manpower.
• Support and assist the manager to prepare operational report to monitor performance.
• Order the ingredients in timely manner to ensure the inventory level to avoid any shortage and wastage.
• Conduct inventory and stock take.
• Any other duties might be assigned.
