From coordinating effortlessly with the kitchen and bar to anticipating guest needs, you uphold the highest standards of hospitality, attention to detail, and service excellence delivering warm hospitality and creating a home-away-from-home experience for our Members.
We are looking for someone who is
- Hospitality-focused
- Warm and has a welcoming approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with Members
- Proactive, with strong coordination skills
- Knowledgeable about food, beverages, and service etiquette
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Oversee daily food & beverage service operations on the floor
- Deliver personalized, high-quality guest experiences at all time
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Ensure service standards, SOPs, and hygiene practices are followed
- Handle Members feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Monitor table setups, service flow, and presentation standards
