Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of Corporate Finance (CF) transactions, including IPOs/RTOs, secondary fund raising, general offers, and other capital markets financial advisory transactions
• Carry out due diligence on CF transactions and the nature of due diligence spans across various areas such as financial, legal, regulatory and commercial
• Assist in preparing for submissions to the relevant regulatory authorities
• Conduct industry and company research
• Perform financial analysis of companies and other valuation related work
• Develop and prepares client presentation materials and reports
• Interface with clients and other stakeholders
• Manage transaction logistics with minimal supervision
• Lead small group discussions for CF transactions

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics
• Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Demonstrates ability to juggle multiple transactions at any one time and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, resilient, results driven and resourceful individual
• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English. Ability to communicate effectively with clients/stakeholders in relevant Asian languages (e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa) is required for work-related purposes.
• Mastery of accounting, investment and finance is preferred
• Preferably with 1-2 years of CF or audit experience
