AI Programme & Community Manager (Public Sector)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to look for an AI Programme & Community Manager (Public Sector) 
• This role drives AI community engagement and programme delivery by coordinating stakeholders, managing events and logistics, and supporting content and communications to promote accessible AI learning initiatives.
• This role will be a contractual role under Adecco’s payroll.

The Talent

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in community engagement, programme coordination, or event management.
• Experience in AI, technology, or innovation initiatives is advantageous but not required.
• Strong interest in generative AI platforms and willingness to stay current with new developments.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for coordination and reporting

Job Description

Community Engagement & Growth

• Support the growth and engagement of a cross-organisational AI learning community serving both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Develop inclusive engagement strategies that make AI learning practical and relevant across diverse roles.

• Build and maintain relationships with speakers, facilitators, and community partners to deliver impactful programmes.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Collaborate with internal AI teams and external partners to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Evaluate AI tools and solutions for alignment with flagship initiatives.

• Coordinate judges, speakers, and collaborators to ensure smooth programme execution and positive participant experiences.

Programme Management & Delivery

• Support the planning and execution of AI initiatives and other interactive learning events.

• Manage event logistics including registration, venue setup, participant onboarding, and on-site coordination.

• Assist with post-event evaluation, reporting, and documentation of key outcomes.

Content & Communications

• Contribute creative ideas for AI challenges and gamified learning activities.

• Prepare presentation decks, promotional materials, and programme communications.

• Document success stories and insights, while staying updated on emerging AI tools and application
