Aesthetic Therapist and Medical Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an Aesthetic Therapist / Medical Assistant to join our team.
This role supports daily clinic operations, assists doctors during treatments, and performs non-invasive aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front desk support including patient greeting, appointment scheduling, and enquiry handling

• Introduce the clinic’s services and products to patients

• Conduct skin and body assessments and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments

• Perform medi-facial, body and non-invasive aesthetic treatments according to clinic protocols

• Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures

• Support post-treatment care and ensure patient comfort

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment at all times

• Assist with daily clinic operations, stock checking, and general duties

• Provide support for general clinic administrative and operational tasks

• Adhere to clinic SOPs and safety guidelines while maintaining good customer service

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic or beauty spa

• Hands-on experience with facials or aesthetic equipment is preferred

• Comfortable to converse in English and Mandarin

• Service-oriented, responsible, and well-groomed

• A good team player

• Punctual and reliable

• Willing to learn and work as part of a team

Rest Days

• 6 days off per month

• Sundays and Public Holidays off
