Aesthetic Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and attend to enquiries
• Register patients using clinic software
• Schedule appointments for patients & update system
• Assist doctor during procedures
• Dispense medications
• Handle payment via cash and credit cards
• Check & replenish stock when needed
• Other duties as instructed by doctor and management

Requirements:

• With GP / Aesthetic experience will be an advantage, without experience are welcome to apply as on job training will be provided
• Has a pleasant and cheerful disposition. Service oriented
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with colleagues
• PC Literate (Basic MS Word & Excel)
• ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, able to converse in English
