Job Description

Application Process

  • Assist in reviewing and organizing incoming applications.
  • Verify applicant information and ensure documents are complete.
  • Record and update application data in the admission database.

Communication with applicants

  • Respond to enquiries and provide an update on application status and communicating with prospective candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interview sessions with successful applicants.

Event Support

  • Assist and support event such as career fair and open house etc.
  • Coordinate logistics eg. Event setup, registration and follow-up communication.
  • Check in on the available event materials, such as banners, flyers, and promotional giveaways.

Administrative Tasks

  • Organise and file selection documents.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Requirement:

  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or other office software.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
