Job Description
Application Process
- Assist in reviewing and organizing incoming applications.
- Verify applicant information and ensure documents are complete.
- Record and update application data in the admission database.
Communication with applicants
- Respond to enquiries and provide an update on application status and communicating with prospective candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interview sessions with successful applicants.
Event Support
- Assist and support event such as career fair and open house etc.
- Coordinate logistics eg. Event setup, registration and follow-up communication.
- Check in on the available event materials, such as banners, flyers, and promotional giveaways.
Administrative Tasks
- Organise and file selection documents.
- Provide general administrative support.
Requirement:
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office or other office software.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
