Administrative Executive - Retail MNC/North/S$4000

A well-established retail organisation is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support leasing administration and retail operations. This role plays a key part in managing lease renewals, coordinating retail expansion activities, and providing administrative and operational support across stores and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lease renewals and support retail expansion activities including documentation and coordination.
• Assist with lease negotiations through data analysis, site coordination, and preparation of leasing materials.
• Handle end-to-end lease administration including tenancy records, payments, and vendor coordination.
• Liaise with landlords on operational and facilities-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain leasing and administrative reports for retail stores and roadshows.
• Coordinate internal documentation and filing systems.
• Support retail promotions, roadshows, and operational events as required.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Leasing, or related disciplines.
• 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within retail or leasing environments.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
