Administrative Executive (Full-Time)

Job Description

We are hiring a committed and meticulous Administrative Executive to support day-to-day operations in a dynamic education environment. This role is suitable for individuals who are proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document management, and filing
• Handle incoming enquiries (calls, emails, WhatsApp) and assist with scheduling lessons
• Maintain updated records of students and tutors using Google Drive and Sheets
• Coordinate tutor availability, contracts, and teaching assignments
• Assist in HR processes such as onboarding and updating tutor profiles
• Issue invoices, track payments, and support monthly billing cycles
• Ensure smooth coordination of trial lessons and ongoing classes
• Provide operational support to the management team

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or PR only (no work pass sponsorship)
• At least 1 year of administrative experience (education sector experience preferred)
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Responsible, independent, and able to manage deadlines

Working Hours

• 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri full days, half-day on Sat or Sun depending on scheduling needs)
• Total: 45 working hours per week
