Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized office administrative professional to manage administrative tasks and provide personal assistance to the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support corporate administrative duties, including document filing, processing, meeting scheduling, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and related tasks.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and occasional accompanying trips.
- Assist with personal and family-related tasks assigned by the Director, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders in meetings, emails, and documentation.
- Prior experience in arranging extracurricular education and tutoring for primary and secondary school students is preferred.
- Adaptable to a flexible work schedule.
