Job Description
Job Summary
This role is primarily administrative, supporting daily operations and coordination. You will also conduct recruitment-related calls using provided scripts, with opportunities to suggest improvements for better outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and manage filing and document organization to support daily operations
- Coordinate schedules and follow up on tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Deliver forms or documents as needed to support operational requirements
- Conduct recruitment-related calls following provided scripts and engage candidates professionally
- Track call outcomes and update records precisely to maintain accurate recruitment data
- Provide constructive feedback and suggest script revisions to improve call effectiveness
- Assist the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Follow instructions carefully and maintain reliability in task completion
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative roles or telemarketing is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrates strong verbal communication skills and confidence when engaging with strangers over the phone
