Job Summary

Support daily shop operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining jewellery displays, and providing professional customer service in a fine jewellery retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks such as filing documents, welcoming customers, and answering phone calls to ensure smooth shop operations
• Provide professional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with their needs to enhance their shopping experience
• Clean and arrange jewellery displays to maintain an attractive and organized shop environment
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the shop clean and safe for customers and staff
• Enter data accurately into relevant systems to support shop records and inventory management
• Complete any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support the team and shop functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all work activities
• Maintain a positive working attitude and show willingness to learn new skills
• Apply good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to assist a diverse customer base
• Possess a minimum of GCE 'O' level qualification or equivalent
• Open to entry-level candidates eager to start a career in retail jewellery
• Available to work a 5.5 day work week: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm; Saturday, 10am to 2:30pm
