Admin Officer (Contract) #HYNT

 We are seeking an Admin Officer (Contract) !

Job description:
• Provide administrative support to the local Management team and Admin/IT Department
• Support system administration, license tracking, training records, and service-related administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth daily office operations, including office administration and facilities management
• Maintain office equipment by coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, and inventory tracking
• Manage office supplies inventory, including stock checks, ordering, and verification of deliveries
• Coordinate and support employees’ travel arrangements and provide immigration-related assistance for business visitors
• Act as a liaison between departments, as well as internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners
• Prepare invoices, sales orders, reports, memos, letters, and other documentation
• Manage visitors, including office access control and front-office coordination
• Handle incoming correspondence, including sorting and distribution
• Support planning and coordination of employee events and activities

Job Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
