Admin Manager

• Full-time position, 5 working days, Tuesdays and Wednesdays offdays

• Start time March 2026

• Administrative duties:

• Assist Directors and Branch Principal in the overall operational management of the school.

• Communicate with parents/students/potential students through calls, WhatsApp and email.

• Assist in the planning and execution for events conducted by the school, or that the school participates in (competitions, examinations, Master Classes, workshops, overseas trips, performances, etc.)

• Other administrative duties as required.

• Receptionist duties:

• Take class attendance as well as related CRM duties.

• Receive and welcome parents and students.

• Introduce and promote our school classes to parents.

• Onboard new students and collection of tuition fees.

• Manage sales and recording of dancewear products.

• Maintain stock lists of dancewear products.

• Manage students who are waiting in reception for class, ensuring orderly entry/exit to dance studios and behaviour in reception.

• Any ad hoc basis as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service roles would be advantageous.

• Service minded with very strong communication skills.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.

• Strong computing knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.

• Must love children and be comfortable working around them.

• Possess positive attitude and willing to learn.

Compensation:

• Salary: $3,300-$4,500 per month

• CPF + benefits

• 14 days annual leave
