Admin Executive (Teacher Aide)

• Adecco is partnering with a school in Singapore to look for an Admin Executive (Teacher Aide)
• Starts off as a 9 months contract
• Located in the east

Responsibilities: 

The Services required are set out as follows:
Provide administrative support to the school.
Administrative duties will generally include
• Print and prepare worksheets and supplementary teaching materials
• Operate office equipment, including duplicators, collators, printers/photocopiers, and OMR machines
• Support staff in the preparation of materials for school programmes and activities
• Perform front-desk and reception duties at the General Office
• Handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries professionally
•  Maintain, update, and manage data records accurately
• Compile statistics and reports, including collation of surveys and school data, as well as filing and typing
• Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by the school

Requirements

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
• GCE ‘’N’ Level Certificate or its equivalent
• Ability to manage the printers, photocopiers and duplicators
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good team player with a high level of initiative and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Ability to perform reception and front-desk duties
