🏦Admin Executive (Bank) (12 months contract)🏦 #HZOT

Location: Raffles Place
Salary: Up to $3,500
Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday
Duration: 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities

• Work with all leads and project teams to plan and manage the overall resource management
• Contribute directly to overall organization strategy, in terms of resource management and allocation.
• Build partnership and maintain strong working relationships with the technology leaders and their respective teams.
• Build partnerships with key resource/ manpower agencies and external partners to ensure resourcing needs of technology-driven projects and initiatives can be met on a timely manner.
• Identify and define major strategic opportunities/issues for the organization and integrate diverse stakeholder interests with the company’s broader agenda. To inform the development and prioritization of projects/ initiatives and proactively understand and mitigate risks.
• Identify critical roadblocks in the different workstreams including resources, raise and resolve issues/ risks.
• Provide advice, counsel and recommendations on IT-resource related matters to influence organization decisions and initiatives.
• Supervise and coach a small resourcing team personnel, managing sourcing and approvals, on/offshore resource contracts, resource on/off-boarding, process improvements and other support functions.
• Ensure that the skillsets/ competencies of there sources are aligned and relevant with the future project pipelines. Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the company’s IT technology capability e.g. via learning roadmaps formulation.
• Take lead and participate in division-related engagement activities to promote collaboration and team camaraderie.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Training will be provided
• Strong in administrative duties
• Able to multi-task and set priorities
