About the role
As an Administrative Executive at House Of Watches Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our boutique. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and develop your administrative and organisational skills.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
- Coordinating schedules, arranging appointments and managing calendars
- Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintaining and organising office files, records and databases
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, filings and other documents
- Supporting with various ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative / secretarial role or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately
- Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of office procedures and administration best practices
