Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the team.
2. Manage emails and phone calls.
3. Travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
4. Support daily operations involves Prepare invoice, inventory monitoring.
5. Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-stocked office environment at all times.
6. Assist in HR duties
7. Basic in data entry
8. Liaise with departments such as sales, and finance to support daily operations.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
