Admin Coordinator (Aerospace) - $4500

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and document management

Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents

Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner

Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining staff records

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to meet timelines and objectives

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related events

Prepare project documentation, status reports, and management updates

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication

Maintain accurate records, databases, and project documentation

Act as a point of contact for project and stakeholder inquiries

Facilitate communication across departments and with external partners

Support client engagement activities, including scheduling and follow-ups

Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to management

Assist with organizational events and special initiatives

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business or related
• At least 3 years admin coordination experience
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel
