• Document Management: Organize, maintain, and safeguard all claim-related documentation to ensure efficient processing and compliance.

• Claim Screening and Registration: Review coverage, register incoming claims, and verify the legitimacy of each claim.

• Claims Invitation and Follow-up: Initiate claim requests and follow up on required documentation to facilitate timely payments.

• Payment Processing: Handle payment-related matters, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.

• Claims Updates and Reporting: Provide regular updates on claim status and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

• Service Standards and Compliance: Complete assigned tasks within required service levels, strictly following procedures, guidelines, and legal or regulatory requirements.

• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor to support team objectives and business needs.

• Risk Management and Accountability: Assess business and regulatory compliance risks, taking proactive steps to mitigate potential issues.

• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging threats, and new technologies to better protect the company.

• Proactive Risk Sharing: Identify and communicate potential risks and share best practices for risk management within the team.
