Job Description

Commit at least 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri preferred)
Work hours: 9am - 6pm

Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

  • Perform data entry and maintain records or documents

  • Assist with documentation and paperwork

  • Organise and file documents (physical and digital)

  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks when required

Job Requirements

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and digital tools

  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

  • Organised and detail-oriented

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not required
