Job Summary
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality concierge and customer service to residents and guests in a residential environment. This includes handling enquiries and service requests, providing information on property amenities and nearby services, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring timely follow-up. The position also emphasizes safety, confidentiality, clear communication, and teamwork to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed living environment that meets service excellence standards.
Concierge Job Scope:
- Welcome and assist residents and their guests with a friendly, professional approach.
- Handle requests for services such as transportation, reservations, housekeeping, or dry cleaning, ensuring follow-through and satisfaction.
- Provide information about the property, local amenities, and events.
- Report hazards, defects, incidents, or accidents promptly and take appropriate safety measures.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect residents’ information and company assets.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and team members.
- Support colleagues, coach service providers, and ensure smooth coordination for resident requests.
- Attend to daily domestic and concierge tasks to enhance resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Min education ‘N’ Level or higher.
- Min 1 year experience in hotel or customer service.
- Good command in English.
- Experience in using MS office suite.
- Willing to work on 23, 24, 30 March and 1-4 April, include weekend)
Dress Code: White Long Sleeve shirt with dark pants and dark shoes. (Prepare by own self)
Do take note that working environment does not have air-conditioning and requires walking.
