Accounts Receivable Specialist (AR/ 6 months) #HZO

Location: North
Salary: Up to $4000 with completion bonus

Job Scope:

• Handle shared services functions primarily related to Accounts Receivable and Collection as part of the Order to Cash process.
• Tasks include perform AR collections, posting AR Receipts, preparation of aging report/month end reports etc .
• Identify discrepancies and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve them .
• Maintain good and close working relationship with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Perform month end closing activities and reporting, preparing accounts reconciliations
• Provide support for annual audit and SOX compliance (eg. Extraction of audit samples, supporting documents, etc)
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in accounts or any relevant field
• Min. 1-2 years relevant AR experience
• Any relevant Experience in Collections / D365 would be an added advantage
