RESPONSIBILITIES

THE ROLE: Accounts Receivable Executive

To support Accounts Receivable and related finance operations, with primary responsibility for daily invoice posting, daily credit notes processing, daily cash application work, month-end AR activities and balance sheet schedules.

The role also supports selected university payment and review activities, while contributing to process improvement through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Core responsibilities

• Prepare daily invoice and receipt postings and apply receipts to Part Time student AR accounts.
• Process credit notes, including fee transfers for all University and Diploma for Part Time students.
• Prepare month-end AR related journal entries and track bank charges for various payment facilities.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.

Other responsibilities

• Process university payments.
• Support sales incentive calculation and verification.
• Support fee computation review for Diploma programs.

Process improvement

• Support process improvement initiatives across AR and finance operations using AI & digital tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of Accounting experience will be highly preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, cash applications, or finance operations.
• Good understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and transaction processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage routine operational work while handling ad hoc requests.
• Comfortable using Excel and finance systems.
• Exposure to automation, process improvement, or AI-enabled tools would be an advantage.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
